How can I obtain a replacement card or certificate?
To obtain a replacement card or certificate, there's a $30 fee. Visit the "Help" section in the menu to order one.
Receipts - Where can I find my receipt?
To view your receipt, 'Sign Up' or 'Log In' using the email used to purchase the class and go to "My Orders."

Rescheduling - how can I reschedule my class online?
To reschedule your class, first 'Sign Up' or 'Log In' using the email you used to buy the class and go to "My Bookings."
Refunds or Rescheduling - What are your policies on this?
In the rare event that we cancel a class, a full refund will be issued.
A. Online Standard Precautions or Medical/Physical Statements:
1. No refunds. Purchases are all final for Online Standard Precautions or Medical/Physical Statements.
B. Medication Administration Part 2 or Online + In Person CPR/FA Classes:
1. If you cancel >24 hours in advance, we will issue a full refund minus a 4% transaction fee for customers paying with a credit card only. No transaction fee charge for ACH, cash, or check.
2. If you notify us to cancel <24 hours of the class, no refund will be issued, but you will be allowed to reschedule once within 30 days.
3. If you do not show up for a class or are >15 minutes late to a class, there is no refund, you will need to reschedule and pay again.
CPR Part 1 - I didn't get my password to access the online course.
1. Check your email spam or junk folder.
2. Check all your email accounts.
3. Check if you used the correct email. You would have received a booking confirmation email.
4. Check with the person who purchased the CPR class. The password is only sent to the person's email listed on the checkout (purchase) page.
CPR Part 1 - Where is my certificate of completion?
There are two places to find your certificate:
1. You were emailed a link to access it.
2. Log in with the email used to sign up for this course. Go to 'my account' > 'my online programs' > 'ended' > 'get certificate'

Why wasn't I contacted about my Medical-Physical Statement?
We only call if you mention a medical condition on your medical history form. Since you didn't list any, we didn't call. Please check your email for your medical statement and other important details.
Medical-Physical Statement - I didn't receive my statement?
Medical-Physical Statements are sent AFTER your appointment. Not before. We send it through our 'SignNow' e-signature account within 24 hours. Contact us if you don't receive your statement within 24 hours of your appointment.
How can I access the Medication Administration Part 1 online course?
Access the Medication Administration Part 1 course on the Colorado Shines PDIS system by logging in at coloradoshinespdis.com.
Medication Administration Part 1 - Where do I email my Med Admin Part 1 certificate?
1. Email it in a PDF to bryan@coloradocprpros.com (bryan@coloradocprpros.com)

There are two places to find this:
1. In your 'Thanks for Booking' email.

Standard Precautions Online Course - Where is my certificate of completion?
Your certificate is emailed through our "SignNow" e-signature account 2-3 days after you complete your course. Reach out to us if you don't see it.
Private Classes - Guaranteed minimums, no shows, and start time delays.
You will be charged for the 'guaranteed minimum' amount that we agreed upon even if some of your staff don't show up to the class.
You are also charged the 'guaranteed minimum' amount if any of the following occurs:
• Students are a no-show.
• Our instructor is not able to teach the class due to an unsafe environment.
• The language translator has not arrived, and we are unable to teach the class.
• The business or childcare program communicated the incorrect date and/or time to their students resulting in no-shows.
• If the start time is delayed by the business or childcare program more than 20 minutes, an additional fee of $100.00 will be applied to the total invoice.
• The instructor has the right to cancel a class with no refund to the business or childcare program if attendees are not ready to start the class after waiting 20 minutes after the original start time.
What is the Release and Hold Harmless Agreement for in-person CPR classes?
By participating in our in-person CPR & First Aid classes, you agree to the Release and Hold Harmless Agreement.

How can I access my online CPR or Standard Precautions course?
Access Online CPR Part 1 and Online Standard Precautions courses under 'Access Online Courses' on our home menu. These courses are password protected, and the password is sent only to the purchaser.
