How can I obtain a replacement card or certificate?
To obtain a replacement card or certificate, there's a $30 fee. Visit the "Help" section in the menu to order one.
Receipts - Where can I find my receipt?
To view your receipt, 'Sign Up' or 'Log In' using the email used to purchase the class and go to "My Orders."

Rescheduling - how can I reschedule my class online?
Rescheduling your class: You may reschedule before the start of your class. First 'Sign Up' or 'Log In' using the email used to buy the class and then go to "My Bookings" to reschedule.
CPR Part 1 - Where is my certificate of completion?
There are two places to find your certificate:
1. You were emailed a link to access it.
2. Log in with the email used to sign up for this course. Go to 'my account' > 'my online programs' > 'ended' > 'get certificate'

Why wasn't I contacted about my Medical-Physical Statement?
We only call if you mention a medical condition on your medical history form. Since you didn't list any, we didn't call. Please check your email for your medical statement and other important details.
Medical-Physical Statement - I didn't receive my statement?
Medical-Physical Statements are sent AFTER your appointment. Not before. We send it through our 'SignNow' e-signature account within 24 hours. Contact us if you don't receive your statement within 24 hours of your appointment.
How can I access the Medication Administration Part 1 online course?
Access the Medication Administration Part 1 course on the Colorado Shines PDIS system by logging in at coloradoshinespdis.com.

By participating in our in-person CPR & First Aid classes, you agree to the Release and Hold Harmless Agreement.

How can I access my online CPR Part 1 course?
Access Online CPR Part 1 from the home menu, hover over 'CPR & First Aid Classes' tab and then click 'Access Online CPR Part 1 Course.' The course is password protected, so the password is emailed after your purchase.
No show, Cancellation, or Reschedule
Our no-show, cancellation, or reschedule policy for Medication Administration Part 2 and CPR/AED & First Aid Part 2 classes:
- Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice: A full refund will be issued. Please note that credit card payments are subject to a 4% transaction fee. No fees apply to payments made via ACH, cash, or check.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of class: No refund will be issued. However, you may reschedule for a new class date within 30 days.
- No-shows: If you do not attend or contact us before the class start time, no refund will be provided, and you will be required to pay the full registration fee again to enroll in a future session.
- Rescheduling your class: You may reschedule 24 before the start of your class. First 'Sign Up' or 'Log In' using the email used to buy the class and then go to "My Bookings" to reschedule.
