I am Bryan Maki, a seasoned Pediatric Critical Care Nurse with extensive experience in the Neonatal ICU, Pediatric ICU, and Emergency Room. In 2016, I established Colorado CPR & Safety Professionals to provide superior CPR training and Childcare Health Consulting services. We have improved these services by offering online courses, virtual classes, and interactive in-person sessions. The Colorado Department of Early Childhood has routinely acknowledged our work over the years. We are an approved vendor for the State of Colorado (CDEC), Healthy Child Care Colorado, and a nationally recognized CPR training center.
We serve many child care centers, pre-schools, K-8, camps, and Before & After School programs all across Colorado.

My Story
I graduated from the University of Minnesota Nursing School back in the 1990s. I have always worked with critically ill or injured infants, children, and adolescents. However, after becoming the father of triplet boys, I found it challenging to work with critically ill children. So, I change careers and started selling asthma and allergy medicines to pediatricians. A few years later, I worked for a medical device company that developed products to treat cardiac arrest patients. My decision to establish a company specializing in CPR and nurse consulting feels like a natural step forward, enabling me to utilize all my career experiences to offer unique services to my clients. The mission of Colorado CPR & Safety Professionals is to provide instruction that caters to a diverse range of learning styles in the most effective manner possible.
