Self-Schedule a Nurse Delegation
You can now self-schedule your virtual nurse delegation training for many of your child's medical needs. These needs may include diabetes, seizures, g-tube feeds, or oxygen.
Appointment Booking Requirements

You are booking an appointment for our Nurse to train and delegate you on a child's health plan as prescribed by the child's doctor or PCP. Please upload the health plan before booking your appointment.

For diabetes & g-tube training, only our Nurse will attend virtually with you, parent, and child physically in-person.

For seizures & oxygen training, the nurse and all employees can attend virtually and no parents or children are required to attend this specific training.
