Self-Schedule a Nurse Delegation for Special Needs
You can now self-schedule your virtual nurse delegation training your child's special medical needs. These needs may include diabetes, seizures, g-tube feeds, or oxygen.
Appointment Booking Requirements

You are booking a virtual appointment for our Nurse to train and delegate you on a child's health plan as prescribed by the child's doctor. Please upload the child's health plan to the portal.

For diabetes & g-tube training, our Nurse will attend over a virtual meeting with school staff, parent, and child meeting in-person.

For seizures & oxygen training, all school staff can attend over a virtual meeting and parents or children are not required to attend.
