Refunds, Rules, Replacement Cards or Certificates

REFUNDS

In the rare event that we cancel a class, a full refund will be issued.

 

A. Online Standard Precautions or Medical/Physical Statements:

  1. No refunds for Online Standard Precautions or Medical/Physical Statements.

 

B. Medication Administration Part 2 or Online + In Person CPR/FA Classes:

Our no-show, cancellation, or reschedule policy for Medication Administration Part 2 and CPR/AED & First Aid Part 2 classes:

- Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice: A full refund will be issued. Please note that credit card payments are subject to a 4% transaction fee. No fees apply to payments made via ACH, cash, or check.

- Cancellations within 24 hours of class: No refund will be issued. However, you may reschedule for a new class date within 30 days.

- No-shows: If you do not attend or contact us before the class start time, no refund will be provided, and you will be required to pay the full registration fee again to enroll in a future session.

- Rescheduling your class: You may reschedule 24 before the start of your class. First 'Sign Up' or 'Log In' using the email used to buy the class and then go to "My Bookings" to reschedule.

RULES FOR PRIVATE CLASSES HELD AT YOUR LOCATION

If the guaranteed minimum number of staff that was agreed upon are no-shows, you will still be charged the guaranteed minimum amount that was agreed upon.

If our instructor arrives to a privately held class, we will charge the program the guaranteed minimum amount if any of the following occur:

  • Students are a no-show.

  • CCSP Instructor is not able to teach the class due to an unsafe environment.

  • A required and agreed upon language translator does not arrive as agreed upon.

  • The Location, Program, or Center communicated the incorrect date and/or time to their students resulting in no-shows.

  • If the start time of the class is delayed by the Location, Program, or Center delinquency by more than 20 minutes, an additional fee of $100.00 will be applied to the total invoice. CCSP has the right to cancel a class with no refund if the privately held class is not ready to start 20 minutes after the agreed upon start time.

There is a replacement charge of $30 per certificate and/or card.
