Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy Cancellations and Refunds We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your scheduled class or service, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are entirely non-refundable. Administrative Processing Fee All online transactions incur non-recoverable digital processing and administrative costs. Consequently, all eligible refunds for online purchases are subject to a non-refundable 3% administrative fee. This fee will be automatically deducted from your final refund total. Example: If your total online purchase was $100.00, your net refund amount will be $97.00. One-Time Rescheduling Allowance If you miss the 24-hour cancellation window, you may reschedule your class or service one (1) time at no additional cost. • The rescheduled date must fall within 30 days of the original booking. • You can manage and process your rescheduling directly through your online account. No-Shows If you fail to attend your scheduled class or service without prior notice, your payment is forfeited. No refunds will be provided, and the option to reschedule will not be granted for no-shows.
